I post this because I feel like it's the first "important" piece of art I've made yet. It's a portrait of my great grandma that I painted for her funeral over the weekend, at about five in the morning, on the twilight cusp between exhaustion and a hangover. She lived a very amazing life, and that's all I'll say, because her memory is something very precious and personal. Far too much for the internet, pshaw.
